As long as you are living in Precocia, these rules are to be followed. Multiple violations of the set rules will result in the removal from the community.
All children under the age of 18 must attend school. The student will graduate from their duty of going to school once they turn 18, and finish their senior year of high school. This rule is purely to ensure that Precocia stays ahead and has exemplary students.
Just as any country would, every citizen in Precocia is to conduct themselves in a professional and appropriate manner. This means that there is order. This city is not a playground. The people will keep order and act like responsible, professional, and classy people.
Similar to most countries you are to have respect for other citizens. Respect they're space. Their home is their home. Their property is their property. There is no theft. If you are to burglarize a home or business, you are immediately sent out of Precocia, and your are fined to pay for the damages and property destroyed.
The Precocian government works hard to provide a job for everybody that lives in Precocia. We ask that anybody capable of doing work tries to fill these jobs to ensure that Precocia is a clean and successful city. Those who are over the age of 55 are not required to work any longer and are allowed to retire.
In Precocia, we do have taxes. Citizens are responsible for helping support the city, but the city cannot function without the proper funds. To ensure that Precocia's economy stays our of an economic hole, we do tax people, not on each paycheck or item, but by their income at the end of the year. Each family or residential household will receive one bill for money owed to the government, if these taxes are not payed to the Legislative Office within one month of the date due, you will receive interest of 2% every two days.
